We charge the saved card 24 hours before dispatch. If a card fails we retry once after 24 hours and then email you.
Everywhere we ship: same-day inside the Athens ring road, next business day for Attica, 1–3 days for mainland Greece, 2–5 for the islands.
Yes. Pause the subscription from the dashboard for as long as you need — the discount resumes with the schedule.
Our food guarantee covers it. An unfinished bag your pet refuses is refundable as store credit within 14 days, and Sofia will help you pick the replacement.
