How a brand gets on the shelf
We do not sell live animals and we do not stock products from suppliers who source from puppy farms, fur farms, or operations with documented animal-welfare violations.
Food and supplement suppliers are reviewed every twelve months. If a formulation changes without notice, or a proprietary blend appears where a per-serving breakdown used to be, that is usually the end of the relationship.
We support the Athens Animal Welfare Society with quarterly food donations — 4.2 tonnes a year, which is the number everyone here is proudest of.
