Thirty days on unopened products, a no-questions buyback on toys, and a food guarantee for the bag your pet simply refuses.
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The 30-day window exceeds the 14-day statutory cooling-off minimum.
Open or partially-used products are accepted only under our buyback — toys that fail in normal use within 30 days — or our food guarantee: an unfinished bag your pet refuses, refundable as store credit within 14 days.
Email [email protected] with your order number, the product, and the reason. We will email a return label — free for Athens, courier-paid for Attica. Send the product back within 14 days of receiving the label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.
Damaged or defective goods: photograph on receipt, email within 48 hours, and we replace at our cost with no return required.
