Buying guide
Non-stick cookware releases fumes at high heat that kill birds within minutes. Scented candles, aerosols and self-cleaning ovens are the same category of risk. Keep the cage well away from the kitchen.
Wing length, not cage size, sets the minimum width: a bird should be able to open both wings fully without touching the bars.
