How it works
Automatically, on every order placed while signed in. Points are not earned on gift cards or shipping costs.
Redeem at checkout in any multiple of 100. Credit applies to the basket total before shipping.
They expire 18 months after they are earned, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may close an account with no orders for 3 years, with 30 days notice by email first.
Why it exists
The programme started in 2017 with a paper card and a rubber stamp. It passed 10,000 members in 2023 and reached 14,200 in 2025.
There is no tier system, no points multiplier week, and no expiring “bonus” designed to bring you back on a specific date. Our staff are not on commission and we have no monthly targets, so there is nothing here engineered to make you buy something you did not come for.
