Yes, from either Exarchia or Cholargos. Order online, choose collection, and we hold it for seven days.
Report it within 7 days and we replace or refund. You do not need to argue with the carrier — we do that.

Yes, including Royal Canin Veterinary Diet and the Hill’s clinical lines. Some require a prescription; opened bags of prescription diet cannot be returned, for regulatory reasons.
No, and we do not stock products from suppliers linked to puppy farms, fur farms, or operations with documented welfare violations.
If a toy fails in normal use within 30 days we replace it, no questions asked — even if your dog ate it.
