By using paw-shop.gr or by placing an order, you accept these terms in full. PawShop is operated by Theodorakopoulou & Markakis I.K.E., a Greek limited liability company registered at Mavromichali 142, 11472 Athens, GEMI 138245601000, AFM EL801456729.

Products and prices

We sell pet food, supplements, toys, accessories, and grooming products. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. All prices include 24% VAT. Promotional prices apply only during the period stated. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, with full refund.

Orders and payment

Orders constitute an offer to purchase that we accept on dispatch. A contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout via card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (Greece only, fee €3). Card payments are processed by Stripe and Viva Wallet under PCI DSS Level 1.

Delivery and risk

Title to goods passes on delivery; risk passes when you or your nominated recipient takes possession. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. The supply of perishable food and prescription veterinary diets is subject to our Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the site, brand, photography, and journal content belongs to Theodorakopoulou & Markakis I.K.E. or its licensors. You may share journal articles with attribution but may not reproduce or sell them. Brand logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used under licensed reseller agreements.

Liability and jurisdiction

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or losses arising from gross negligence. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Subscribe & Save terms

You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard with no fee. We send a reminder email 24 hours before each delivery, and charge the saved card 24 hours before dispatch. If a card fails we retry once after 24 hours and then email you. Discounts apply only while the subscription remains active. Cancellation does not refund prior shipments.

Loyalty programme (Paw Points)

You earn 1 Paw Point per €1 spent; 100 Points equal €5 store credit. Points expire 18 months after they are earned, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not earned on gift cards or shipping costs. We may close inactive accounts — no orders for 3 years — with 30 days notice.

Animal welfare and sourcing

We do not sell live animals and we do not stock products from suppliers who source from puppy farms, fur farms, or operations with documented animal-welfare violations. Our food and supplement suppliers are reviewed every 12 months. We support the Athens Animal Welfare Society with quarterly food donations.
