Athens (ring road): Same-day if ordered by 14:00 Mon–Sat. Free over €35, otherwise €4.50.
Attica region: Next business day. Free over €45, otherwise €5.50.
Mainland Greece: 1–3 business days via ACS Courier. Free over €60, otherwise €6.50.
Greek islands: 2–5 business days via Speedex. €8.50 flat.
European Union: 4–7 business days via DHL. €18.50 flat.
Outside the EU: Case-by-case quote — email [email protected].

Tracking and problems

If something goes wrong.

Tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the parcel leaves us. For Athens same-day orders you will usually get a message from Nikos before the tracking email arrives.

Lost or damaged in transit: report it within 7 days and we replace or refund. You do not need to argue with the carrier — that is our job.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will chase them on your behalf and keep you informed.
